👉 Important: Please complete your registration by signing up. Once registered, you will received an invoice with a reference number. Make sure to pay this invoice by 1st of March 2026. Your registration will only be considered confirmed once the payment has been received.

Full registration requires abstract submission and active participation, either as a poster presenter or through a selected oral presentation.

Participants are hereby informed that photographs and/or videos will be taken during the event and that they are likely to appear on them. The photographs and/or videos taken during the event are intended to be published on LIH website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed/filmed or having your photo/video published, please alert the photographer and the event organiser(s). There are 2 hotels which you can book. When making the payment (for both hotels), please indicate the reference: EIMN2026

  • 1. Parc Hotel Alvisse (EIMN Conference Venue): Please make sure to book before April, 30th 2026. The rooms are released to the public afterwards. You will see the special rate, after having completed your arrival and departing date and by entering the code EIMN2026. Please note that no shows are 100% invoiced. The cancellation is free up to 1 day before arrival. If the cancellation is made within the allowed time, the hotel will issue a refund. The negotiated rates at Hotel Parc Alvisse are:

    • Single room: 125 EUR/night
    • Double room: 147 EUR/night (can be shared by students)
